Director of Psychological Services, Tallahassee Memorial Behavioral Health Center. Provide and supervise psychological services for adolescent, acute and intermediate care adult units at private, not for profit 60 bed inpatient psychiatric hospital. Conduct psychological evaluations, participate in interdisciplinary team treatment planning and case staffing, lead community workshops on a variety of mental health topics, and supervise doctoral level psychology students from FSU as well as externs from local high schools. Had over 500 appearances on local television programs on such topics as depression, phobias, effects of divorce on children, alcohol and holidays, keeping New Years’ resolutions, stress and children, how to talk with children about divorce. etc. Also served as the neuropsychologist for the Memory Disorder Clinic of TMH and for a 5 year NIMH funded grant to study Alzheimers in elderly women.
