Anna Cothran is a passionate and experienced legal and HR professional, bringing more than two decades of combined experience in both private practice and corporate environments. She currently serves as General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources for Crown Health Care Laundry Services, LLC. Her professional background reflects a deep commitment to ethical leadership, thoughtful problem-solving, and supporting individuals within complex systems – skills that align closely with the mission of Neurodiversity Resource of the Panhandle.

Throughout her career, Anna has focused on fostering inclusive, supportive workplaces while navigating legal and organizational challenges with clarity and compassion. Her experience equips her to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s governance and strategic direction.

Her connection to the community is both professional and personal. As a mother of three, she is deeply invested in supporting children, families, and individuals with neurodiverse needs. She is married to Ryan Cothran, a veteran educator at Ohana Institute, and together they share a strong commitment to education, advocacy, and community engagement across the Panhandle.

Driven by both her professional expertise and personal experiences, Anna is passionate about advancing awareness, acceptance, and meaningful resources for neurodivergent individuals and their families. She is especially dedicated to strengthening support systems within the Panhandle community and helping create an environment where all individuals are valued, included, and empowered to thrive.
