Job Title: Program Coordinator for the Neurodiversity Resource of the Panhandle
Reports to: Program Manager / Executive Director

Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator will oversee and support the management of the Neurodiversity of the Resource programs, ensuring they run effectively, are well-funded, and continue to meet community needs. This role involves working with leadership to budget, plan, and coordinate activities while building strong community relationships. The ideal candidate has a passion for our mission, is highly organized, and is motivated to strengthen program operations and impact.

Hours: 20 hrs/week Pay: $25,000/yr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing nonprofit programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
  • Budget and Financial Oversight: Track program budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial progress to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with fiscal goals.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and nurture partnerships with local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders to expand program reach and support.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Track program outcomes, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational and funder requirements.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Support the organization and implementation of events, workshops, and activities that engage the community and promote our programs.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Assist in recruiting, training, and managing volunteers involved in program activities, ensuring they have clear roles and responsibilities.

    Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Social Services, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years in nonprofit program management, community outreach, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills; experience with program evaluation and data reporting preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Passion for our neurodiverse community, adaptability, and commitment to community development and outreach. Must be able to attend weekend events as needed and be in person in office twice a week.
